  One of Portland's very best, Maglia Rosa is owned and operated by Phuong Tran. Tran is a widely respected personality in the specialty coffee world; she was the first woman to be crowned United States Barista Champion, and she's served the USBC ever since as a competition judge. Maglia Rosa shares space with West End BIkes, and as such, there's a full-fledged "bike-through" street counter for passing cyclists. Serving single origin espresso from Stumptown Coffee Roasters.
